At J-Ro's Fluency Academy, we are dedicated to making our website as accessible as possible to a wide audience. Our goal is to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0, Level AA) to the best of our ability. However, we recognize that there may be aspects of our services that do not fully meet the needs of all potential clients.

Our online language coaching services are designed primarily for individuals who can listen, speak, read, and write in at least one language. We currently do not have specialized resources for individuals who require alternative communication methods or accessibility accommodations. This includes services for those who are visually, verbally, or hearing impaired, such as sign language interpretation, Braille or audio-based learning materials, and speech-to-text services. We acknowledge these limitations and are considering ways to enhance our services in the future.

We acknowledge that our website and services might not address every accessibility challenge and are actively seeking solutions to broaden our inclusivity.
